Sean Hemenway, Project Manager

Sean is guided by a simple principle: a home should reflect the people who live in it and the environment around it. With more than 25 years in the industry, Sean brings a wealth of experience spanning hospitality, commercial and residential projects. From small laneway homes (ADU's) to million-square foot projects. Over the past decade, he has returned to his first passion: residential design, creating homes that celebrate the connection between people, place, and lifestyle.

Originally from Vancouver, Canada,  Sean draws from a diverse background in architecture to craft homes that balance creativity, function and context. Now based in Bend Oregon, his designs are inspired by the regions' unique landscape, climate, and lifestyle. Every project begins with the understanding of the client's life.  How they move, gather, relax, and connect and translating that into spaces that harmonize with the natural environment.

Sean's education includes BCIT, which pushed him through the industry door. It continued with Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design and the RAIC while working in Architecture in Vancouver. This is complimented by a commitment to staying current with industry innovations, materials, and sustainable practices.

His combination of extensive experience, technical expertise, and a renewed focus on residential design ensures that every home is thoughtfully tailored.
