The Shelter Studio works with builders and developers to create home designs that meet today's ever-changing markets.  Builders of these speculative homes quite often have a specific style, price point, and site(s) in mind.  Whether the home design is for a neighborhood or an infill lot, the builder's "wish list" of wants and needs are taken into account, and a home design is developed around them.
